Renowned futurist K D Adamson was invited to address global CEOs on the importance of experience-led business at an invitation-only session in Sicily recently.

The closed-door gathering included leaders from across the globe representing a wide range of industries and non-profits and took place in the beautiful surroundings of Catania on the island of Sicily.

K D briefed participants about the critical importance of experience for future growth, including customer experience, employee experience and stakeholder experience, and how it connects to the New Value Nexus.
